Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do we use?

Our starters are made from a mix of whole wheat, all purpose and bread flours. All of our sourdough loaves are made from just three simple ingredients - flour, water and salt. Our inclusion loaves will consist of a few additional ingredients, depending on your selection, which may include fresh jalapeños, sharp cheddar cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, minced garlic and onion flakes.

Our bagels and pretzel bites are based from the same ingredients but also include yeast, sugar, butter, egg wash and baking soda (+ toppings).

We are not a nut-free or gluten-free shop. None of our baked goods contain THC.

How can I order?

At this time, our baked goods are only available for local pick-up. No shipping options currently available.

Our apparel however is available for shipping across the United States. If you’re placing a local pick-up for baked goods and would like to pick-up your apparel at the same time we can accommodate.

How should I store my sourdough?

A closed paper bag can help prevent the bread from drying out too quickly while allowing air to circulate. This method can also help maintain a soft inside and crusty exterior.

What’s the best way to enjoy my sourdough?

Our loaves are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven with some lightly salted, softened butter spread on top. But there are so many ways you can enjoy your sourdough. A few of our favorites are in the form of a BLT, grilled cheese or french toast. If you’re making a sandwich we prefer to lightly toast our slices over a well oiled cast iron skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. For french toast, we recommend slicing your bread nice and thick and letting it soak in your preferred egg mixture for around 5-10 minutes. This allows the bread to really absorb all the flavors and provides a really nice texture.
